Our services are designed to assist job seekers in preparing professional application materials. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews or job offers.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Keeping your account information accurate
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Some features are available through paid subscription plans.

Subscription details, pricing and feature inclusions are displayed on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account or Stripe customer portal.

If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

We do not store your credit card information.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

While we aim to provide useful and accurate outputs:

  • Generated content should always be reviewed by the user
  • Users remain responsible for all information submitted in applications
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or suitability for any particular role

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you upload or enter into the platform.

By using Hire Ready, you grant us permission to process that information for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We do not claim ownership of your resumes, cover letters or uploaded documents.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates or third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hire Ready is not liable for:

  • Loss of employment opportunities
  • Hiring decisions made by employers
  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss arising from use of generated content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the previous 12 months.
